There were some changes incorporated from the upstream
OpenHardwareMonitor but I couldn't discern exactly what had already been
present in Libre vs Open.
The other additions:
- Fix AMD Missing GPU Temperature
- Add support for Intel Comet Lake
- Improve IT8655E support
