OhmGraphite takes the hard work of extracting hardware sensors from [Open Hardware Monitor](http://openhardwaremonitor.org/) (technically [LibreHardwareMonitor](https://github.com/LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor) for most up to date hardware) and exports the data in a [graphite](https://graphiteapp.org/) compatible format.
